Notice of Public Hearing

At the Brookfield Planning Board meeting to be held on Wednesday, May 7, 2014 at the Town Hall, 6 Central Street, Brookfield, a public hearing will be held on the following starting at 7 p.m., or as soon thereafter as can be heard, on proposed amendments to the Zoning Bylaws for the purpose of regulating placement of Registered Marijuana Dispensaries (RMDs) within the Town of Brookfield in accordance with the Humanitarian Medical Use of Marijuana Act, G.L. c.94C, App. §1-1, et. seq. Any persons interested in or wishing to be heard on these proposed zoning bylaw amendments should appear at the time and place designated.

A full description and content of the proposed amendments may be viewed at the office of the Town Clerk at Brookfield Town Hall, 6 Central Street, Brookfield, MA 01506, during normal business hours.
