Call meeting to order 6:30 p.m.
Review/edit/approve minutes from Monday, March 10, 2014. Motion
Capital Expenditures, meeting with the Capitol Improvement Committee and discussed an amount to support the Library Maintenance account for FY15, amount approved $7500. Brenda is still reviewing ADA door requirements. We could also look into replacing our other oil furnace.
(BOS) Warrant Articles are due Tuesday, April 15 at noon. The warrant will be closed Tuesday, April 29, 2014.
There is no new information regarding the upgrade from CWMars and MBI.
