Call meeting to order 6:30 p.m.
Review/edit/approve minutes from Monday, April 14, 2014. Motion
Capital Expenditures, meeting with the Capitol Improvement Committee and discussed an amount to support the Library Maintenance account for FY15, amount approved $7500. Brenda is still reviewing ADA door requirements. Warrant article was submitted for this amount. Bill Thompson informed me the company Coala Locksmith, 385 Park. Ave. 508-753-8101in Worcester assisted with the installation of the door opener at the town hall, cost estimate $2000-$3000. The town hall did crash bars late 1990’s and auto opener FY13.
The upgrade from CWMars and MBI occurred on Thursday, May 8.
Request from the BOS, Cable committee if the library to be the DSL Mapping verification Project, Sharon Ferry.
