Transfer Fee Queries:
1. Gregory Pyden (Town of Edgartown)
The Land Bank Commission will discuss the status of this payment plan, approved by the Commission at its January 11, 2013 meeting.
Transfer Fee Hearings:
1. Adrian Higgins (Town of Aquinnah)
The Land Bank Commission will conduct a hearing on Mr. Higgins’ request for a second one-year extension of the timetable by which he must domicile on his “m” property (transfer no. 48073)
New Business:
1. North Neck Highlands Preserve (Town of Edgartown)
Steven Ewing will be present to discuss erosion at this property and its environs.
2. Manaquayak Preserve (Town of West Tisbury)
The Land Bank Commission will discuss management options here for this upcoming season; details of this matter are contained in the Commission’s October 21, 2013 minutes.
3. Agency Land Management : Seed Harvesting
The Land Bank Commission will review proposals received from individuals or companies interested in mechanically harvesting green seed; Commissioners had voted, at their March 3, 2014 meeting, to issue a request-for-proposals for this use.
4. Three Ponds Reservation (Town of Edgartown)
The Land Bank Commission will review proposals received from non-profit or community groups to use the Hickory Cove Preserve here as a staging area for a summer sailing program; Commissioners had voted, at their March 3, 2014 meeting, to issue a request-for-proposals for this use.
