PLEASE NOTE:  This meeting will start at 6:00 p.m. in the Banquet Hall and adjourn immediately to the Selectmen’s office for an Executive Session.  It is intended to begin the open session part of this meeting as closely as possible to 6:30 pm.

ANNOUNCEMENTS:
An Apple Country Radio planning meeting will be held Monday, May 12 at 7:30 p.m. at the Brookfield Town Hall. Learn about the station, share ideas and see about opportunities. Visit applecountryradio.org for more information. 
Brookfield Seniors are invited to learn about the people and culture of  Georgia, formerly part of the USSR in a program entitled Travel to the Land of Fire presented by Tom Clancy on Tuesday, May 13 at 11:30 a.m. at the Congregational Church. Coffee, tea, cider and desserts will be provided.
Brookfield Heritage Day will be held Saturday, May 17. An encampment by the Massachusetts 15 Infantry will begin at 9:30 a.m. The day will end with the Preservation Award being presented to Robert W. Wilder and a presentation of the “Hamilton Family of Brookfield” given by Dan Hamilton at the Congregational Church at 5:30 p.m. Coffee and refreshments will be served. Sponsored by the Brookfield Community Club and the Brookfield Cultural Council. 
Brookfield Ecumenical Food Pantry: is always looking for your help in the form of cash or donations.  Please contact either Louise Woodard at 508-867-3891 or Pauline Walker at 508-867-2281 to help your neighbors.  The Food Pantry is open every Wednesday and Saturday from 9:30 to 11 am.
