* There is no fixed agenda, any issue that is in process
of being closed will be discussed. Initial assembly of
the Building Committee, and Construction Team, will
be in the Fire Station Conference Room and will then
disburse to various areas within the Police Station
building to oversee closure of the identified items or
plan the time frame when those items will be completed. |
