1. Agency Administration: “M” Exemption:
The Land Bank Commission will discuss the “m” exemption and its statutory requirement to set its threshold annually.
2. Agency Land Management: Farmland Leases
The Land Bank Commission will conduct its annual review of its farmland leases.
3. Poucha Pond Reservation (Town of Edgartown)
The Land Bank Commission will continue, from its November 9, 2015 meeting, its discussion of electrical service to the farm field here.
4. Toms Neck Preserve (Town of Edgartown)
The Land Bank Commission will discuss this property’s management plan.
