The Chatham Conservation Commission holds the following public hearings in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Ch 131 s. 40, the Wetlands Protection Act and the Town of Chatham Wetlands Protection Bylaw Ch 272.

The following applicants have filed Requests for Determination of Applicability:
149 Cross St, Peter and Nicole Dawes: Proposed installation of a pool, generator, pool equipment and pool fence at 149 Cross St, Assessors Map 14C parcel 39. Revised plans rec’d  

145 Barn Hill Rd, Martin and Alice Mauro: Proposed replacement of existing deck to same dimensions; replacement of pier foundations at 145 barn Hill Road, Assessors Map 9D parcel S2. 

16 Oyster Drive, Barbara Matteson: After-the-fact filing for the construction of a deck at 16 Oyster Drive, Assessors Map 15A parcel H15E. Project was approved by the Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) on January 28, 2016
