Jim Meehan will update the EDIC regarding the progress of the right-of-way arrangements with Athol Development LLC for access to the EDIC parcel of land at the Business Park. A survey map of the proposed right-of-way will be presented. 3. The EDIC will update the status of the proposal by the Town of Athol to convey to the Athol EDIC a certain parcel of land, known as parcel 044-001 on Templeton Rd. A survey of the property has been ordered and is in progress. 4. Member’s concerns: A discussion of general economic and commercial activities and projects currently either on-going or proposed, within the Town of Athol. |
