What: Proposed FY 2016 Community Development Block
Grant (CDBG) application
Hardwick is applying for grant funding through the Department of Housing and
Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program. Projects under
consideration include, public works improvements to Prospect and Broad Street,
and a architectural design study for an elevator to the Town of Hardwick
Municipal Office Building. The meeting will discuss the architectural design study
in detail and public input is sought. In addition, housing rehabilitation, and public social services through the CDBG grant program will also be discussed.
Additional information will be provided about other programs and services available to area residents including housing improvements, fuel assistance, heating systems repairs and the Home Modification Loan Program.
