New Business
• New PPPB assignment – interview and re-write all the Town’s Job Descriptions (except School Department)
o Each PPPB member will take a town employee and review current job description
o Each job description that the PPPB will generate will follow a consistent format
o PPPB will work with outside agency to determine a fair salary and wage classification (Town will be receiving up to $25K from a grant that Heather Brudrewicz has procured for the salary and wage classification study)
