In accordance with the provisions of the Wetlands Protection Act, Chapter 131 Section 40 (as amended), the Petersham Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 4, 2019 at 7:30 p.m. at The Town Office Building, upstairs conference room, 3 South Main Street Petersham, MA 01366 on the Notice of Intent by Cindy Hopper for property at Narrow Lane and Old East Street, Map 414 Lot 9-0 for construction of a single family home, septic system, well, and associated grading with portions within the 100-foot Buffer Zone of bordering vegetated wetlands. Installation of straw wattles for erosion control as needed.
A copy of the Request for Determination of Applicability may be inspected prior to the public meeting at 3 South Main Street. All interested persons are invited to attend.
