1.	Approval of 5/20/2019 open session meeting minutes 
2.	Reserve Fund Transfer – Annual Town Report expenses - $1,496.74
3.	Appointment – Office/Space Needs Study Subcommittee, terms ending 5/31/2020 as follows:  Thomas Galvin, George Pendergast, David Smith, Richard Smith
4.	Authorize MRI to make a conditional offer to the ultimate Town Administrator candidate; conditioned upon satisfactory background investigation and successful negotiation of terms of employment.
EXECUTIVE SESSION: MGL Chapter 30A, Sec. 21 (a)(2) - To conduct strategy sessions in preparation for negotiations with nonunion personnel or to conduct collective bargaining sessions or contract negotiations with nonunion personnel (Town Administrator)
