The Chatham Conservation Commission holds the following public hearings in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Ch. 131 s. 40, the Wetlands Protection Act and the Town of Chatham Wetlands Protection Bylaw Ch. 272. Public comment during each open application may be made; person or persons wishing to make comment must wait to be recognized by the Chair.  

REQUEST FOR ONE-YEAR EXTENSION

Town wide, multiple locations, Town of Chatham, SE 10-2759: Request for a 3 year extension to Order of Conditions SE 10-2759, as amended, for work at multiple locations under the Town of Chatham’s Comprehensive Dredging & Disposal Program.

58 Whistler Lane, Whistler Lane Nominee Trust, SE 10-3123: Request for a 1 year extension to stabilize a coastal bank with 190 linear feet of rock revetment, re-establish a coastal dune and construct beach access stairs.

AMENDMENT TO ORDER OF CONDITIONS 

132 Old Salt Works Rd, D Michael Murray and Lisa Murray, SE 10-3316: Request to amend an existing Order of Conditions (Phase 2) to include relocation of approved Title 5 sewage disposal system from front yard to side yard; proposed replacement of trees that are removed during construction at 132 Old Salt Works Rd, Assessors Map 13M parcel C23.
