6:30pm Hearing pursuant to M.G.L. c. 40, section 57 and the Town of Orange Bylaw Section 180-2 Relative to Owing Taxes and/or Fees to the Town, John Avila

6:45pm Permit 2019-05- In accordance with Ch.40A, Sec.11 of Mass. General Laws, the Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing in the Common Room of the Orange Armory at 135 East Main Street, Orange, Massachusetts on May 28, 2019 beginning at 6:45 pm regarding a Special Permit request for 465 Tully Road, Orange, MA 01364 (Map 205, Lot 3) by applicant Pete Lyman 45 State Road, Phillipston, MA 01331 and Jerry Currier owner 465 Tully Road, Orange, MA 01364  for: permission to remove over 50 cubic yards of earth in accordance with section 4100 of the Zoning Bylaws of Orange in order to create a more useable yard. B. Avila of 475 East Main Street, Orange, MA 01364 for: change from existing Single Family Garage to Business use, Motor Vehicle Service. The application may be reviewed in the Community Development/Planning Board Office at the Orange Armory during the business hours of: Wednesday noon to 5pm, and Thursday 7 am to noon.
