6:45pm In accordance with Ch.40A, Sec.11 of Mass. General Laws, the Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing in the Common Room of the Orange Armory at 135 East Main Street, Orange, Massachusetts on Thursday, October 4, 2018 beginning at 6:45 p.m. regarding a Special Permit and Site Plan review request for 114 New Athol Road (Map 115, Lot 11) by Pete’s Tire Barn Inc/Tire Barn Realty Trust of 275 East Main Street, Orange, MA 01364 for addition of warehouse storage of approximately 25,000 square feet. 
7:15pm In accordance with Ch.40A, Sec.11 of Mass. General Laws, the Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing in the Common Room of the Orange Armory at 135 East Main Street, Orange, Massachusetts on Thursday October 4, 2018 beginning at 7:15pm regarding a Special Permit/Site Plan request for 52 East Road (Map 113, Lot 24) by applicant Clean Energy Collective of 146 West Boylston Drive Worcester, MA 01606  and Owner-East Road Realty Trust-John S. Hanna, Trustee of 540 VFW Parkway, Suite 8, West Roxbury, MA 02132 for installation of a ground mounted, fixed tilt solar panel array on 29.3 acre parcel that includes 11,000 modules-4,082kW DC (3,250 kW AC).  
8:00pm In accordance with Ch.40A, Sec.11 of Mass. General Laws, the Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing in the Common Room of the Orange Armory at 135 East Main Street, Orange, Massachusetts on October 4, 2018 beginning at 8pm regarding a Modification of Special Permit and Site Plan request for 10 and 24 East River Street (Map 110, Lot 60) by applicant NJLJ Properties, LLC 280 Ayer Road, Harvard, MA 01451 (now known as East River Orange, LLC) and Owner HF Liquidation, LLC 370 Main Street, Worcester, MA 01609 for Gasoline station and convenience store with drive thru food service and car wash. Applicant seeks to extend site plan and special permit for the project for one year.
