APPOINTMENT 
5:30PM Meet jointly with the Town Management Study Committee which has a posted agenda as follows: 
Review Draft of Special Act Language for Berlin. Discuss feedback received and discuss next steps and time line working toward a special town meeting including meetings with town employees and officials, public forums, etc.
APPROVALS:
1.	Approval of Assistant Tax Collector: (a) job description and (b) revised job advertisement
2.	495/MetroWest Partnership FY19 letter of support
3.	Assessors request for access to Town Counsel for contract review
4.	2018 All Alcohol license for TGI Friday’s/Solomon Pond Mall with amended manger Maureen Ann Carter (as approved by ABCC 8/10/18)
5.	Cultural Council: (a) Refer membership to Town Counsel; (b) Appointment of Stephen Rolfe for term expiring May 31, 2019
