It will be necessary to enter into Executive Session:
a. to consider the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property if the chair declares that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the public body;
* Mr. Hilton may recommend the Board vote to authorize the Executive Director and Business Manager to enter into negotiations with the owner of a property for purchase or lease - VOTE
* Mr. Hilton may also seek a vote regarding the request for copies of Collaborative funded studies made by the attorney for the owner of 0 & 230 Sandwich Road, Bourne - VOTE
b. to conduct strategy sessions in preparation for negotiations with nonunion personnel or to conduct collective bargaining sessions or contract negotiations with nonunion personnel.
