Call meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.

Review Minutes from August 13, 2018. Motion by all in favor .
Ratify Library payroll FY19 warrant dated August 16 and September 6, 2018.
Ratify Library Expense FY19 warrants dated August 20, 2018.
Ratify Library Book FY19 warrants dated August 13,20 and 29, 2018
Motion by all voted in favor.
Wage Authorizations for FY19 submitted to Personnel Board for approval, 2% increase. There is no word yet on the salary/staff study being performed by the Collins Center.
Community survey draft for review and input. We are planning to create an online SurveyMonkey through our Facebook account and the Brookfield Community Facebook. We will have paper copies available and an email address. When should we post and how long should we have it out in the community
Brad Green, Colonial Restoration completed a structural survey of 18 Common Street. A report is available to view. Brad said the house has strong bones, but needs shoring up, sooner rather than later. The report has been emailed to Dana Steadman. Dana also inspected the structure and found it to be very good and he had no concerns about meetings scheduled in the building.
Discussion on steps to take after the survey study.
The Friends of the Library have been setting up the book sale at 18 Common Street for the 40th Apple Country Fair, Saturday, October 6 10:00-3:00 p.m. The library will be closed.
