The Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting under the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40 at 7:30 pm on Tuesday, September 25, 2018 at the Essex Town Hall - 30 Martin Street.

7:35 pm Continued public hearing on a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Keith Symmes to renovate a 1937 single family residence and garage including replacing roof, siding and decks at 27 Centennial Grove Road. 
7:45 pm Public hearing on a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Stephen Poulos to install approximately 40' of vinyl fence and native plantings at 156R Eastern Avenue.
7:55 pm Public hearing on a Request for Determination of Applicability to install a septic holding tank at 109 Conomo Point Road.
8:10 pm Public hearing on a Notice of Intent filed by John Collins, Blue Ivy, LLC to expand "beer garden" located on adjacent property at 99 Main St, install a stone infiltration trench, utility services, bollards, and grading and re-paving of an existing parking lot at 103 Main Street.
8:10 pm Public hearing on a request filed by John Collins, Blue Ivy, LLC to amend Order of Conditions DEP #021-0677 to add grain silos, extend the "beer garden" to 103 Main St, reconfigure the loading dock, and other changes to the plan previously submitted at 99 Main Street.
