Ratify Library payroll FY19 warrant dated September 20 and October 4, 2018.
Ratify Library Expense FY19 warrants dated September 26 and October 4, 2018.

Displays of the Brookfield Historical Commission and library are located in the foyer. Carol and Brenda interviewed with Kev Flanders for the Spencer New Leader, for October 12, 2018 issue.
Review CIPC information and proposed 5-year capital request. Dana Steadman’s notes are included.
The ADA meeting on October 11 was interesting, Brenda has a rough draft of the information presented. The $100,000 threshold to improvements is still enforced, and it is a 3-year cumulative amount. Perhaps the 4-year plan after purchase of the property might be to request $30,000 (or less) per year for improvements on Felton House, 18 Common Street.
Next meeting, November 12 at 6:30 p.m. Carol is unavailable for both Oct. and Nov. meetings.)
Christmas dinner is scheduled for Wednesday, December 12 in the library at the Spencer Country Inn @6:00 p.m.
