Timely items for Planning Board consideration
The Town of Berlin Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 28, 2015 at 8:00 p.m. at the Berlin Town Offices, 23 Linden Street, Berlin. The purpose of the public hearing is to provide interested parties with an opportunity to comment on a Special Permit application for a Common Driveway submitted by Berlin Landing Realty Trust in accordance with the Town of Berlin Zoning Bylaw Section 710. The proposed Common Driveway would serve three lots located on Crosby Road, assessors Map 6 Lot 103-2,103-3 and103-4.
A plan of the proposed Common Driveway is on file with the Town Clerk for review during normal Town Clerk office hours or at www.TownofBerlin.com. |
