Call Meeting to Order:
1.)  Review and Sign Monthly Abatement Register.  
2.)  Jean will report on Meeting she attended with the Tax Exempt Committee.
3.)  Vote to release various Fiscal Years Surplus Overlay's.
4.)  Reorganization of Board.
5.)  Executive Session: Held under the Provisions of MGL 59 Section 60. Review and Sign Real Estate and Personal Property Abatements.

Assessor's meetings are conducted under the provisions of MGL 30A Section 20, Paragraph f.
