Ch.131 § 40, as amended and the West Tisbury Wetlands Protection Bylaw and regulations to consider a Notice of Intent filed by Schofield, Barbini & Hoehn for a project to remove and replace an existing single family dwelling, clear vegetation, restore two existing foot bridges, install underground utilities, re-grade landscape replace an existing gravel roadway with a footpath, and perform associated site work on properties located at 40 Sweet William Way, and 20 Factory Brook Road. The properties are owned by 40 Sweet William Way LLC and 20 Factory Brook Road Realty Trust respectively. • New Hearings: 5:35PM/Map 39 Lot 13/SE 79-tbd: public hearing under the requirements of G.L. Ch.131 § 40, as amended, and the West Tisbury Wetlands Protection Bylaw and regulations to consider a Notice of Intent filed by Vineyard Land Surveying & Engineering, Inc. for a project to remove an existing single-family dwelling and septic system, and construct a new 5,054 square foot single-family dwelling, a 3,431 square foot deck, garage, pool and landscaping, and perform associated site work on property located at 245 Thumb Point Road owned by Anton C. Pil. The project is located within the Buffer Zone to a Coastal Bank and Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage and within an area of Estimated Habitat. 6:10 PM/ Map 14 Lot 7/SE 79- tbd: public hearing under the requirements of G.L. Ch.131 § 40, as amended and the West Tisbury Wetlands Protection Bylaw and regulations to consider a Notice of Intent filed by Vineyard Land Surveying & Engineering, Inc. on behalf of Michael V. and Margaret S. Patterson (Lessee) for property located at 9 School House Lane (Site No 14B) owned by Seven Gates Farm Corporation.
