3. Jim Meehan will update the committee regarding Athol Development, LLC regarding their activities at the business park and the sale of the EDIC land at the business park. 
4.  Member’s concerns:  A discussion of general economic and commercial activities and projects currently either on-going or proposed, within the Town of Athol.
