Report on Inquiries/ comments to the commission:
• Set up site visit 1st week in April with Mr. Samek, Mark Stinson, & members regarding March18th discussion of aerial photographs of possible WPA violations at 3305 Greenwich Road
• Set up site visit 1st week in April with Mr. Howard Lane, Mark Stinson, & members regarding possible WPA violations found on aerial photos by DEP
• Review Certificate of Compliance (WPA Form 8-A) from Samantha McDonald for the Martha B. Nields Trust re: closure of landfill, Greenwich Road. This was filled out online by the Baxter with training by Mark Stinson, DEP, on March 18th; commission to review form
• Request from James DiMaio, Land and Natural Resource Consultant, re: info on removal of firewood from 33 acres of forestland in Hardwick, with no Forest Cutting Plan. Baxter was to contact him & request RDA. Outcome of request? Commission follow up needed.
• Div. of Fisheries & Wildlife, Rebecca DiGirolomo, requests input on guardrail installation along two sections of Patrill Hollow Road
• 20 acre solar field on Robinson Lumber property: no filing yet; Rylestone left message with John Mott 3-28-15

Town Administrator delivered a packet to the commission office on 3-31-15 for Randall Noble re an executive session of the Board of Selectmen on April 7th to discuss complaints
