The Chatham Historic Business District Commission will hold a public meeting to discuss the following business on Wednesday, April 15, 2015 beginning at 4:30 PM at the Town Hall Annex, Small Meeting Room, 261 George Ryder Road, Chatham.

15-029	Chatham Village Café & Bakery/c/o Steven Cook – Application to install new windows, doors, siding , handicapped ramps and awnings located at 69/71 Crowell Road. 

15-007	Nickerson Tree & Landscape/c/o William G. Litchfield, Esq. – Application to construct two new buildings located at 136 George Ryder Road. CONTINUED FROM APRIL 1, 2015.

SATISFACTION OF CONDITIONS:
14-065	Herreid-Rivet Residence, c/o PSDAB – Satisfaction of Condition No. 2 for 1 Isaac Hardy Lane, seeking Commission review and approval for the landscaping and lighting.
