A)	Public Hearing in accordance with MGL Ch 40A, Sect 11 and Town of Orange bylaw Section 5420, 5430 request by Seaman Paper Company of Massachusetts Inc. at 10 Lucci Drive (Map 251, Lot 19) for the demolition and removal of existing structures and construction of a new 165,000 sq foot warehouse facility. 
B)	Orange Economic Development and Industrial Corporation (EDIC) ANR for RW Moore Avenue (Map 250, Lot 1, Zoning District B) Lot 7C is created in order to connect Lot C to necessary road frontage on RW Moore Avenue. Lot 7C and Lot C are combined. The remainder of Lot B and Lot 6 become new Lot 6B.
C)	MR AVILA- INTRODUCTION OF PROPOSED PROJECT AT 475 EAST MAIN ST
D)	Discussion of Application Jefe Solar company for project at 56 RW Moore Drive, Orange MA Assessor Map 205 Lot 1. The project proposed is for the installation of 1,523,000 kWh ground mounted solar PV system, construction of 1,030 feet access driveway and the associated storm water systems.

e)	Continuation of discussion on Solar-planning for initial outreach to get public opinion on Solar in Orange.

VII Next Meeting 2/20/18 Public Hearing for NB Development Solar Installation. Information available at Community Dev Office for Review. Hearing notice to be posted 2/6 and 2/13.
