6:35 PM – Notice Of Intent (Continued) – Lot 316 Spruce Dr. (Map 46, Parcel 18).
The applicant, William Polewarczyk is filing for the construction of a single family
house in the Buffer Zone of Sunset Lake.
6:40 PM – Notice Of Intent – Lot 316 Spruce Dr. (Map 13, Parcel 68). The
applicants, Dana & Aida Girouard are seeking to construct a replacement
septic system with a portion of the work within a Buffer Zone for a bordering
Vegetated Wetland.

Guest & Visitors
Brian Milisci from Whitman & Bingham would like to address the Commission on
behalf of Cushing Academy concerning the subject of future projects.
Ken Chisolm would like to meet with the Commisson concerning the need for a
signature on a form relating to a gift of land on Crosby Rd.

The Mass. Division of Fisheries & Wildlife has made a DRAFT Priority Habitat Map
available for public comment.
The Stodge Meadow Association is looking into the possibility of receiving an
extension on an Order of Conditions relating to their Annual Drawdown.
