Specific information and the general guidelines for remote participation by members of the public and/or parties with a right and/or requirement to attend this meeting can be found on the Town of Pelham website. For this meeting, members of the public who wish to listen to the meeting may do so by calling the number below or log in to a video version by clicking the link below. No in-person attendance of members of the public will be permitted, but every effort will be made to ensure that the public can adequately access the proceedings in real time, via technological means. In the event that we are unable to do so, despite best efforts, we will post on the town’s website an audio recording, transcript, or other comprehensive record of proceedings as soon as possible after the meeting. You are invited! Public Meeting Agenda 1. Approve the minutes of October 21, 2021 2. Need for additional CPC members from Historic Commission and Conservation Commission. Should we ask the Select Board for help on this? a. Historic: another member to help manage 10 open articles b. Conservation: no current representation 3. Oversight of CPA spending a. Review the status of the various fund balances and article balances from Gail Weiss’ July 1 report. See it posted on the CPC website at this link. i. Which funds are available for immediate disbursement upon request? ii. Which funds are designated for future use by Town Meeting? b. Meeting with June Massee: Cyd and Tom talked with June. Cyd and I suggest that the CPC is copied on all requests for payments that go through June. That should be the person requesting payment who notifies us. That request will be matched with all disbursements as reported to us by Gail Weiss. 4. For your info - email from Peter Serafino on November 8: Tom, I want to extend my thanks to you and all the CPC members for your support in gaining Town Meeting approval of funds for the Amethyst Brook Apartments affordable housing project in Pelham. On October 28, Home City Development submitted a pre-application to MA Dept. of Housing and Community Development requesting a variety of affordable housing resources needed for the project. I am confident that we will be invited to submit a full application for the funding competition by January 13. I would like to include in the DHCD application a letter from the CPC indicating its approval of $250,000. It would be very helpful if the letter also referenced the 10/23 Town Meeting approval and attached the final/approved warrant article. Is that something you can send me in December? Peter 5.
