New Business - Open Public Hearing - Zone Change proposal to extend an area of the existing Residential /Commercial District (B) into the existing Village Residential District (A(r)) along South Main Street from Mahar Regional High School to the south side of Route 2 (Exit 15). This proposal would address existing split zones and promote directed economic development within this critical corridor in Town, where it is most suitable and beneficial.
