CALL TO ORDER

EXECUTIVE SESSION 
M.G.L. c.30A, Sec. 21 (1) To discuss the reputation, character, physical condition or mental health, rather than professional competence, of an individual, or to discuss the discipline or dismissal of, or complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual. The individual to be discussed in such executive session shall be notified in writing by the public body at least 48 hours prior to the proposed executive session.

Note:  At this time, it is expected that the following Open Session items will be discussed beginning at approximately 7:00 pm, after the Executive Session is concluded.

2.	Recall, Vote(s) may be taken
Action under Chapter 111 of the Acts of 2016, An Act Providing for Recall Elections in the Town of Shirley:

(1)	Discussion and possible vote to provide notice to Selectman Kendra Dumont of receipt of the Certificate of Sufficiency with respect to recall petition, and authorize Selectman Enrico Cappucci to sign such notice;

(2)	Discussion and possible vote to provide notice to Selectman Robert Prescott of receipt of the Certificate of Sufficiency with respect to recall petition, and authorize Selectman Enrico Cappucci to sign such notice; 

(3)	In the event that Selectman Dumont and/or Selectmen Prescott notify Board at the meeting that they do not intend to resign:

a.	Discussion and possible vote to place recall question on the ballot and schedule election in connection with recall of Selectman Dumont; and/or 

b.	Discussion and possible vote to place recall question on the ballot and schedule recall election in connection with recall of Selectman Prescott; and

(4)	Discussion and vote to take any other action with respect to the recall petitions as may be necessary and that was not anticipated at the time this notice was posted
