7pm In accordance with Ch.40A, Sec.11 of Mass. General Laws, the Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing in the Common Room of the Orange Armory at 135 East Main Street, Orange, Massachusetts on October 1, 2019 beginning at 7:00 pm regarding a Special Permit and Site Plan request for 207 Daniel Shays Highway, Orange, MA 01364 (Map 252, Lot 59) by applicant Diem Orange, LLC, 75 North Main Street, #570, Randolph, MA 02368 and owner George A. Hunt Jr, 56 Magoon Road, Orange, MA 01364  for: permission to construct a manufacturing facility greater than 10,000 sq ft for the purposes of cannabis cultivation, manufacture and transportation in accordance with section 2234, 5300, 5400 of the Zoning Bylaws of Orange. The application may be reviewed in the Community Development/Planning Board Office at the Orange Armory during the business hours of: Thursday 7 am to noon. The application may be reviewed in the Community Development/Planning Board Office at the Orange Armory during the business hours of: Thursday 7 am to noon. 9pmDeliberation on hearing conducted September 3, 2019 for pecial Permit request for 36 South Main Street, Orange, MA 01364 (Map 110 , Parcel 230 ) by applicant Riveto Mfg. Co./Slencil 36 South Main Street/PO Box 297 Orange, MA 01364 and William D. Goodwin owner of same address for: permission to erect company sign suspended from legacy building sign bracket, which projects overhead over sidewalk in excess of zoning by-law stipulation- Section 3200 of the Zoning Bylaws of Orange. The application may be reviewed in the Community Development/Planning Board Office at the Orange Armory on Thursdays 7 am to noon. Or by appointment.
