In accordance with Ch.40A, Sec.11 of Mass. General Laws, the Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing in the Common Room of the Orange Armory at 135 East Main Street, Orange, Massachusetts on September 3, 2019 beginning at 7:00 pm regarding a Special Permit request for 36 South Main Street, Orange, MA 01364 (Map 110 , Parcel 230 ) by applicant Riveto Mfg. Co./Slencil 36 South Main Street/PO Box 297 Orange, MA 01364 and William D. Goodwin owner of same address for: permission to erect company sign suspended from legacy building sign bracket, which projects overhead over sidewalk in excess of zoning by-law stipulation- Section 3200 of the Zoning Bylaws of Orange. The application may be reviewed in the Community Development/Planning Board Office at the Orange Armory on Thursdays 7 am to noon. Or by appointment.
