Monday, June 13, 6:30 p.m. call meeting to order at the library 6:35 p.m.
Review minutes from Monday, September 12, 2022. Motion to accept by 2nd, all in favor.
Ratify Library Payroll FY22 warrants FY23 September 15 and 29, 2022.
Ratify Library Expense FY23 September 15 and 29, 2022.
Ratify Library Utilities FY23 September 15 and 29, 2022.
Ratify 18 Common Street Expenses FY23 September 15, 2022.
Ratify Library Books FY22 warrants dated FY23 September 15 and 29, 2022.
Motion to approve to ratify all payments by , 2nd, all voted in favor.
Library
Jack Mahan, from Amherst repaired the slate roof the week of July 15 to Saturday, July 23. Advanced Energy Concepts repaired the HVAC system, recommended by Matt Bansfield, on Thursday, August 11, in 30 minutes the system was working again. $170.00 for time and replacement of capacitor.
Brenda is meeting Lee, Insurance adjuster, Roof Consultant and Ben from Service Master.
Brenda is working on the Financial Report for MBLC. Deadline is October 7. I should have it for Monday, October 3 for signature. Brenda has notarized documents prepared to send the MBLC.
New Policy to edit: Materials Reconsideration form and materials selection and usage policy.
Mark Shimansky began repointing library September 19, 2022.
We received $2,250 from the Jeppson Memorial fund for Brookfield. Unrestricted use.
Library Annex
Meeting room policy has been emailed to key holders. Several signature pages have been submitted but not all yet.
Matt and I will schedule Advanced Energy Concepts for replacing the hot water heater. Matt will purchase at Home Depot and get reimbursed through 18 Common Street expense.
Matt Bansfield will clean the gutters on both the buildings and will invoice us for half the amount.
