Southampton Park Commission Agenda
For September 29, 2022 at 6:00pm 
be held at Town Hall, break room
• Attendance:
• Review of Minutes of Meeting for November 10, 2021 & July 28, 2022
• Pay Bills:  Eversource $30.00 paid on 9/22/2022; Florence Lock & Key – new keys at Pavilion $165.40 paid on 9/8/2022                     
• Old Business:
1. New signs for Conant Park, order second sign for East Street side. Balance $347.00.
2. PARC grant, update on the design & cost for ADA accessible path at Conant Park or at Labrie Field.
3. Angel statue at Crossroads Park ongoing project.  Have additional names, check with Jackie Sears.  Prepare plans for additional pavers & walkway.
4. Conant Park and Labrie Field, field use applications and payments.  See updated Playing Field and Facility Permit Policy & user fees.  
5. Labrie Field House continue discussion on construction of field house foundation, septic system, & concrete pads. Irrigation System (install well?) and Field Repairs.  Additional needs are a parking rail fence, bulletin board & benches and other improvements.
6. Master Plan Implementation Committee, Open Space & Recreational Committee, update from Paula or Dan.
7. New Playground Equipment at Conant Park, request CPA monies in the amount of $350,000.00 for new project.  Bill Canon has agreed to prepare plans at no cost to the Town.
8. ARPA funds requested in the amount of $38,000.00 for repairs to tennis courts. 
9. Update of painting of bathrooms at Conant Park Pavilion.
10. Fountain at Conant Park, funds to cover operating costs.
