The Town of Shutesbury will hold all its public meetings via remote participation using Zoom.us until further notice. The public can access the virtual meetings by internet enabled devices or by telephone. Every meeting will be recorded and available to the public.

If you are new to video conferencing here are some helpful hints:
-Fifteen minutes before the meeting get yourself to a quiet room with a strong internet connection.

The Select Board renew Walter’s membership on the committee.  
3.	Storm Water Runoff and Watershed Erosion Mitigation
a.	Discussion on the of the letter requesting our State Rep’s to earmark funds to stormwater runoff issues. A copy of the letter is attached 
b.	Update on the status of MVP Action Grant Application
c.	Update on the Watershed-Based Plan and Potential 319 Grant funding
d.	Actions, if any related to McAvoy and Ames Pond Dams 
4.	Boating Safety on the Lake
a.	Boaters who are not familiar with the lake’s counter-clockwise direction of travel requirement can create a safety issue.
5.	Update on the culvert replacement project
6.	Update on Dam Repairs.
7.	Update on Goose Management Activities
8.	E.coli data to date
9.	Items that cannot reasonably be anticipated prior to meeting.
