This meeting will be conducted in-person, with the public welcome, but will also be made available to the public via remote participation to the greatest extent possible. Members of the public who wish to listen to and/or view the meeting may do so via two-way Video Call (with the option to show yourself on video or not and with the option to use a phone to call in, for two-way audio-only). Please note that while an option for remote attendance and/or participation is being provided as a courtesy to the public, the meeting/hearing will not be suspended or terminated if technological problems interrupt the virtual broadcast or its quality, unless otherwise required by law. Members of the public with particular interest in any specific item on this agenda should make plans for in-person versus virtual attendance accordingly.

NOTICE:
•	The Selectmen will meet jointly with the Planning Board on Monday, September 12, 2022 at 6:45 p.m. on the third floor of Town Hall to consider nominations for and to vote with the remaining members of the Planning Board on appointing a successor to Westley Burnham, who resigned from the Planning Board effective August 18, 2022, all in accordance with Section 11 of Chapter 41 of the General Laws. 

REMINDERS:
•	The next Essex Division meeting of the Greater Cape Ann Chamber of Commerce will take place on Wednesday, August 24, 2022 at 8:00 am at the Riversbend.
•	Essex Police Department Annual Classic Car Show on Sunday, September 11, 2022 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Town Hall, the Municipal Lot, the ballfield, and Martin Street.
•	The next regular Board of Selectmen’s meeting will take place on Monday, September 12, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. in the 3rd floor auditorium of the Town Hall, 30 Martin Street.
•	The Smithsonian Exhibition Luncheon Reception is scheduled for Friday, September 23, 2022, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Please RSVP.
•	September 25, 2022 at 6:00 p.m., dedication of the Field of Dreams ceremony.
