Set asides based upon estimated revenues of $168K $17k each for the three categories. Note: 10% of $168k is the recommended minimum. The balance of $108,600 for Budgeted Reserve 6:30 Discussion: Invite to Stuart Saginor Attend a meeting via Zoom to answer significant questions Visit the town for a tour of CPA funded projects 6:40 Annual Public Hearing: Maybe we should hold off in case we approve an application for fall town meeting and we have to schedule a hearing for that project. Whenever we have a public hearing, advertise the hearing on multiple forms of media. Let’s create a volunteer list for the following tasks: Ask the Pelham Administrator to post on The Slate, the Pelham website, the town's mailing list. Post on other websites such as Pelham Nextdoor and Amherst Indy. Post signs in the Library and at the Rhodes Building. Discussion; Do we want to advise town leaders to reject the RSC’s $1,500,000 debt authorization with no specification of what the interior playing field’s surface will be: artificial or natural.
