BOARD QUESTIONS/LIAISON UPDATES

EXECUTIVE SESSION 
The Board will enter into executive session under Massachusetts General Law Chapter 30A, Section 21(a)(3), to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining (Police Union Negotiations) and will return to open session after only to adjourn the meeting.  The Chair declares that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining position of the public body.

ADJOURNMENT

The listed agenda items were reasonably anticipated by the Chair and may be discussed at the meeting. Other items not listed may also be brought up for discussion to the extent permitted by law. Items may be taken out of printed order.
