2. Review CPC Warrant Articles as discussed at the Fin Com + Select Board meeting on March 21, 2024.

3. Discuss proposed Town Bylaw amendment articles for the ATM including the CPC article which proposes to reduce the mandatory CPC membership size from 9 to 5. Consider if the CPC should edit/clarify some of the wording in the article before the public hearing on April 3, 2024.

4.  Other Business - not known 48 hours in advance of meeting

5.  Confirm the next CPC meeting date of April 11, 2024 at 6:30 PM in the Annex.
