Agenda: | Item 1: Review of Updated Meeting Conduct Policy
Purpose: To discuss and vote on the adoption of the updated Brookfield Conservation Commission Meeting Conduct Policy, which includes new rules on cell phone use, side conversations, and respectful communication.

RDA (Request for Determination of Applicability) for 101 Weber Road.
Applicant presentation, review of documentation, public comments, commission discussion, and decision-making.
Agenda Item 3: Change of Meeting Day:
Purpose: Discuss and vote on changing the monthly meeting day from the third Thursday to either the 2nd or 3rd Wednesday of each month or another day other than Thursdays.
Agenda Item 4: 1. Approval of Minutes.
Review and discussion of minutes from the previous meeting(s).
2. Work on the Meeting minutes from the commission October 26, 2023 Meeting.
Agenda Item 5: Water Flooding Issue at 44 Pine Lane
Purpose: To discuss the situation at 44 Pine Lane where the homeowner is experiencing water flooding into their garage and has requested to pump the water into the lake.
Agenda Item #6 Items to Review:
Agenda Item 6A: Review the clerk's job duties and the Towns Policy for All Board Clerks clear and direct chain of command.
Agenda Item 6B: Review of Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA) Application Checklist
Objective: To review and discuss the RDA application checklist to ensure it aligns with state requirements and the town's Non-Wetlands Protection By-Law, and to make any necessary adjustments or clarifications.
Agenda Item 6C: Open Meeting Law Complaint Response Review. Discussion on the adequacy of the response and any further action required.
Agenda 6D: Select Board Review on ADA Compliance at the Library Annex: Research by the Select Board, in conjunction with the State, supports the use of the historic Library Annex for board meetings, addressing Mr. Holdcraft’s concerns about ADA non-compliance and the legality of meetings there.
Action: Acknowledge the Board’s findings and if any continue use of the building for meetings, ensure any necessary ADA accommodations are addressed.
Agenda 6E: Emergency Action Plan for Sawmill Pond Dam: Review the proposed emergency plan
