6:05 PM – Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA): New England Power
Company (NEP) ROW between North Ashburnham Road to Platts Road. The RDA
pertains to maintenance activities consisting of tower painting at twenty-nine (29)
structures along the I135/J136 Transmission Line. The Project will be located within the
section of the ROW between North Ashburnham Road to Platts Road. Wetland resources
associated with the proposed activities include Bordering Vegetated Wetlands (BVW),
the 100-foot Buffer Zone to BVW/Inland Bank, and the 200-foot Riverfront Area (RFA)
of perennial waterways.
