AGENDA – OPEN SESSION

6:00 p.m.	Call to Order. 

6:15 p.m.	Public Hearing continuation regarding a request from Woodman’s Lobster Pool for an Alteration of Premises.

Brendhan Zubricki:  Presentation of his Town Administrator’s Report for the period March 26, 2022 through April 8, 2022, regarding the following:

•	Approve the weekly warrant in the amount of $.

•	Approve the minutes for the Selectmen’s March 28, 2022, Open Meeting and Executive Session.
•	Consider a request from Fire Chief Ramie Reader to appoint Gary Landry to the position of Probationary Firefighter.
•	Consider a request to appoint Jay Tetzloff to the Strategic Planning Committee as a representative from the Essex Historical Commission.
•	Consider a request to appoint Jodi Harris to the Strategic Planning Committee as a representative from the Economic Development Committee.
•	Vote to approve the recommendation from MERHS for this year’s nomination to receive the 2022 Essex Selectmen’s Citizenship Award. Sign the proclamation. Senior awards will be given out at MERHS at 6:00pm on Thursday evening, June 2nd at Baccalaureate. Consider which Selectman will present the award.
•	Consider a request from Jean and Rick Grobe for a parking sticker for Conomo Point.
•	Reconsideration of revisions voted at the March 7th meeting to the Town’s Shellfish Regulations regarding issuing Annual and Daily Non-Resident Recreational Permits to Out-of-State persons.
•	Continue to review and discuss future solid waste disposal options.
•	Consider scheduling a public hearing to discuss possible alcohol service violations by the Great Marsh Brewery with respect to the confines of the licensed premises.
•	Consider whether the Board desires to allow extended outdoor dining with alcohol service beyond the presently established termination date for this practice which was December 1, 2021, all pursuant to the Governor’s most recent Executive Act on April 1, 2022.
•	Consider whether the Harbormaster should continue to report to the Chief of Police versus possibly reporting to the Board of Selectmen (now or in the future), in light of issues raised via the passage of the Law Enforcement Reform Act.
•	Items that could not be reasonably anticipated by the Open Meeting Law posting deadline.
