6:35 PM Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA) – 15 Stodge Drive. The
proposed work consists of the reconstruction of an existing retaining wall within the 100-foot
Buffer Zone of Land Under Water (Stodge Meadow Pond)/Inland Bank.
6:45 PM Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA) – 9 Massasoit Drive.
Proposed work consists of the replacement of dilapidated structure with a 16' x 24' semiprefabricated shed, and a 24' x 24' deck containing a 16' x 16' gazebo. Proposed activities will
occur within the 100-foot buffer zone of Lake Winnekeag.
6:55 PM Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA) – 38 Sunset Drive. The
proposed work is to occur within the 100-foot buffer zone of Sunset Lake, and consists of the
installation of a single row of embedded 6” x 6” landscape timbers approximately 1-2 feet from
the shoreline over a length of 35 feet to block eroding beach sand from entering the lake.
7:05 PM Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA) – 163 Packard Hill Road.
The project involves the installation of a new soil absorption system to replace a failed system.
Proposed activities will occur within the 100-foot buffer zone of Bordering Vegetated Wetlands.
