24-007 1238 Main Street LLC/c/o Jim Peterson – Ratification of Certificate of Exemption to replace a portion of the roof damage by a storm on the structure located at 1238 Main Street.

24-008 The Chatham Manor LLC/c/o Eastward Companies – Ratification of Certificate of Exemption to replace the existing windows, doors, decks, siding, and roof shingles damaged by fire located at 791 Main Street.
