CALL TO ORDER 

EXECUTIVE SESSION 
The Board will enter an executive session under Massachusetts General Law Chapter 30A, §21 (a) exemption 6, to consider the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property (Riverbridge); and 

Under Massachusetts General Law Chapter 30A, §21 (a)(3) To discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining or litigation if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the public body if the chair so declares (Highland Ridge) for the purpose of review and approval of executive session minutes dated December 4, 2023; and
Under Massachusetts General Law Chapter 30A, §21 (a)(3) to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining or litigation (Police Union) for the purpose of review and approval of executive session minutes dated January 22, 2024, and will return to open session after to further conduct its regular business meeting
