This meeting will be conducted in-person, with the public welcome, but will also be made available to the public via remote participation to the greatest extent possible. Members of the public who wish to listen to and/or view the meeting may do so via two-way Video Call (with the option to show yourself on video or not and with the option to use a phone to call in, for two-way audio-only). Please note that while an option for remote attendance and/or participation is being provided as a courtesy to the public, the meeting/hearing will not be suspended or terminated if technological problems interrupt the virtual broadcast or its quality, unless otherwise required by law. Members of the public with particular interest in any specific item on this agenda should make plans for in-person versus virtual attendance accordingly.

7:00 p.m.	Quarterly Department Head Meeting

Brendhan Zubricki:  Presentation of his Town Administrator’s Report for the period January 6, 2024 through January 19, 2024, regarding the following:
•	Offer of sale of Town-owned Properties on Gregory Island
•	Offer of Contract for Centennial Grove Restroom Facility
•	Draft List of Annual Town Meeting Topics
 
OTHER BUSINESS:
•	Approve the weekly warrant in the amount of $.
•	Approve the minutes for the Selectmen’s January 8, 2024, Open Meeting.
•	Consider a request to place a memorial bench at the Town-owned parcel at 1 Robbins Island Road.
•	Discussion and possible vote to change the official posting location for public meeting notices.
•	Vote to appoint Michael Davis to the position of Zoning Board of Appeals Alternate for a two-year term; and vote to appoint Lisa O’Donnell to the Board of Appeals for a three-year term. Sign the appointment cards.
•	Discuss making an offer to a new Town Planner unless this business was concluded at a previous meeting.
•	Vote to approve a minor change order within the Water Plant update project to replace sight glasses on the two chemical bulk tanks in the amount of $574.99.
•	Review recommendations from the Town Clerk for various voting options with respect to upcoming elections.
•	See correspondence of the owners of 11 Pickering Street concerning issues they have raised about the Town’s adjacent property and its shared property line at 17 Pickering Street.
•	Items that could not be reasonably anticipated by the Open Meeting Law posting deadline.
