Second community discussion to generate ideas for the Village Center development project for South Valley Road lot owned by the town and/or other potential projects in the Village Center. We intend to form a working group of 5 to 7 townspeople coordinated by the Planning Board. The working group will envision preliminary options to be presented at Spring Town Meeting. To do so, they'll consult developers, identify constraints, consider financial options, and explore concepts. Anyone interested in this effort should attend or notify the Planning Board Chair.
