ADDITIONS/ALTERATIONS:
22-106 Corinne Dyal/c/o United Better Homes LLC. – Application to install solar panels to the structure located at 1562 Main Street.

22-108 TPG Chatham Highlander LLC/c/o Youssef Gorgi – Application to repair exterior, replace doors, and lighting, modify roofing and add decks to the property and structures located at 946 Main Street. 

ADMINISTRATIVE APPROVAL/EXEMPTION:
22-109 Elizabeth Woodward/c/o Thomas A. Hilchey Construction – Ratification of Administrative Approval to replace a portion of the roof on the structure located at 2445 Main Street.

22-110 Del Mar Bistro/c/o John Zartarian – Ratification of Exemption to replace the stanchion for the ground sign located at 907 Main Street.
